This website is owned and operated by Cyrex Ltd- the official brand owner and manufacturers of products falling under the registered trademark ElectraStim.
SHOPPING WITH US
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal Pro which is a secure third party provider. We do not have access to your credit card details at any stage of the transaction. Orders are charged immediately and dispatch confirmation will be emailed to the address supplied.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging via a tracked courier service and will usually require a signature upon receipt. There will be no mention of 'ElectraStim' or our products anywhere on the parcel and the sender will be listed as 'Cyrex Ltd'.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the parcel right to your door! Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders can be delivered either to a Home Address or a UPS Access Point*.
* Orders selecting 'UPS Access Point' will be shipped to the closest UPS Access Point to your 'Shipping Address' as defined by UPS's API. If you require your order to be shipped to a specific UPS Access Point please make sure that you use a nearby postcode and leave us a note at checkout. You will receive confirmation via email which UPS Access Point your parcel is due to be delivered to and then again when it's available for collection. For any assistance please contact us on info@electrastim.com
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) with Expedited Delivery will be dispatched the same day (except in the case of weekends, where your order will be dispatched the next working day). Standard Delivery orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

STOCK
All items listed on this website are in stock and available for delivery. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order you will be contacted immediately and either refunded, or issued with a backorder.
Cancelling an order
Your rights to return goods purchased from this website are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. We can accept the return of unopened, unused products in original retail packaging for a full refund provided they are returned to us within 30 working days of receipt of your order. All returned items will be inspected and if they have been opened or used they will be rejected.
You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of loss or damage when returning any goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault; for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Returning a faulty Stimulator
Our ElectraStim stimulators all have a 12 month warranty as standard (and a free upgrade to 3 years if registered) so all faulty stimulators are eligible for a free repair or replacement within this time.
To arrange a return of a faulty or damaged item purchased from this website you need to send an email to info@electrastim.com with your order number and some more information about the fault. Many of our products can be quickly fixed remotely with some troubleshooting, however if the item is clearly inoperable or mechnically broken this will need to be sent to us.
All returned orders must enclose a completed RMA Form obtained from our Customer Services team and will not be accepted without. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, so we always recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage.
Damage that has been caused by force or misuse are not eligible for a free repair. This includes broken charging ports or output sockets that have been damaged by excessive force.
Once the returned stimulator has been received it will be inspected by our warehouse and repaired or replaced.
If you have purchased from a third party within the last 12 months you are still eligible for a repair or replacement but you will need to contact the original seller first and they will liaise with us.
Faulty Accessories
Accessories and toys do not have the same warranty period but we want you to enjoy your purchase and will endeavour to solve any issues. Please contact us on info@electrastim.com for assistance.
We appreciate that a fault may not be noticed until the item has been used, so if you've been asked to return a used item, please ensure you clean it thoroughly beforehand. All Returns are tested at our small workshop.
Rejected Returns 🚫
All returns whether they're faulty or not; within Warranty or outside of it must be returned in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
Items received in an unsanitary condition will be rejected and you will be notified.
In order to receive your items back, we ask that you cover the cost of postage ($60 as of January 2025)
Alternatively, we offer a 'Rejected Return' cleaning service for a fee of $50 which covers labour and PPE equipment as all repairs are carried out by hand. This fee also includes the postage cost to return it to you after repair.
Out of Warranty Returns
ElectraStim stimulators are designed to have a long lifespan so if you are outside of the Warranty period but require a repair we offer a paid full refurbishment service. Please contact us on info@electrastim.com to book your unit in for an overhaul!
PRIVACY
Cyrex Ltd do not disclose customer information to third parties other than delivery companies solely for the purpose of delivering your goods to you.
Cookies are used on this website where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ option at checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Cyrex Ltd. will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, harm or accident resulting from the use of any of its products, howsoever caused. The use of Cyrex products implies that you have read the instructions prior to use and have accepted these terms. No medical claims are expressed or implied.
