DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging via a tracked courier service and will usually require a signature upon receipt. There will be no mention of 'ElectraStim' or our products anywhere on the parcel and the sender will be listed as 'Cyrex Ltd'.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow the parcel right to your door! Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) with Expedited Delivery will be dispatched the same day (except in the case of weekends, where your order will be dispatched the next working day). Standard Delivery orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that we are based in the UK so these shipping times are estimated to accommodate Customs clearance.

*Orders selecting 'UPS Access Point' will be shipped to the closest UPS Access Point to your 'Shipping Address' as defined by UPS's API. If you require your order to be shipped to a specific UPS Access Point please make sure that you use a nearby postcode and leave us a note at checkout.
